AI Product Lead

📋 Description

• Develop functional product solutions utilizing AI as the primary execution medium.

• Quickly prototype, iterate, and enhance solutions to validate concepts in the early stages.

• Leverage AI agents for requirements analysis, design exploration, implementation, and testing.

• Transition from understanding problems to delivering operational solutions without depending on traditional SDLC methods.

• Interact directly with customers to gain insights into workflows, challenges, and unmet needs.

• Utilize live demonstrations and functional prototypes to facilitate customer discussions.

• Confirm solutions through actual usage.

• Articulate AI behavior, limitations, and trade-offs to foster customer trust.

• Clearly and precisely define problems before execution.

• Recognize opportunities for AI-powered solutions and revenue generation.

• Assess ideas based on impact, feasibility, and learning speed.

• Employ experimentation to quickly eliminate weaker ideas.

• Define success through metrics such as adoption, retention, efficiency, and revenue impact.

• Prioritize projects based on their outcomes.

• Continuously evaluate if solutions deliver genuine value.

• Manage the entire lifecycle from concept to impact.

• Collaborate closely with AI Product Engineers and AI Developers within AI Pods.

• Align engineering, design, and data initiatives around desired outcomes.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

• Represent the product in external communications.

• Report directly to the CEO.
