AI Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop functional product solutions utilizing AI as the main execution platform.

• Quickly create prototypes, iterate, and refine solutions to validate concepts early on.

• Employ AI agents for requirements analysis, design exploration, implementation, and testing.

• Transition from understanding problems to delivering working solutions without depending on traditional SDLC practices.

• Collaborate directly with customers to grasp their workflows, challenges, and unmet needs.

• Utilize live demonstrations and functional prototypes to facilitate customer discussions.

• Confirm solutions through real-world application.

• Clarify AI behavior, limitations, and trade-offs to foster customer trust.

• Clearly and precisely define problems prior to execution.

• Discover new opportunities for AI-powered solutions and revenue generation.

• Assess ideas based on their impact, feasibility, and learning speed.

• Use experimentation to promptly eliminate weak concepts.

• Determine success by tracking adoption, retention, efficiency, and revenue influence.

• Prioritize initiatives according to their outcomes.

• Regularly evaluate whether solutions are delivering real value.

• Manage the entire lifecycle from concept to impact.

• Collaborate closely with AI Product Engineers and AI Developers within AI Pods.

• Align engineering, design, and data efforts towards achieving outcomes.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

• Represent the product externally with credibility and clarity.

• Report directly to the CEO.
