AI Product Experience Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize valuable AI opportunities within high-friction, repetitive, decision-intensive, and manually coordinated workflows.

• Frame AI initiatives around quantifiable business and customer outcomes.

• Evaluate process maturity, data readiness, integration needs, potential value, risks, and considerations for responsible AI.

• Develop hypotheses about opportunities, conceptualize experiences, create value cases, and recommend pilot projects.

• Maintain a backlog of AI experience opportunities and contribute to product planning and investment decisions.

• Convert AI experience concepts into product specifications, journey maps, service blueprints, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and AI evaluation metrics.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and delivery teams to embed AI capabilities into product roadmaps and backlogs.

• Work alongside UX, architecture, engineering, data and analytics, cybersecurity, quality assurance, legal, privacy, and compliance teams.

• Lead rapid prototyping, experimentation, and user validation efforts.

• Assist in creating AI-native products and experiences that minimize coordination overhead, enhance customer-facing time, improve decision quality, expedite time to market, and yield measurable business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, design, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, digital experiences, workflow transformation, enterprise technology, service design, or a related area.

• Proven experience in redesigning complex enterprise workflows and translating them into intuitive user and customer experiences.

• Strong product mindset with the capability to connect user needs, business results, technology capabilities, and measurable value.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior business and IT leaders, technical teams, vendors, and frontline users.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.

• Experience working in a highly regulated, security-focused, or data-sensitive environment.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must successfully pass a drug screening, if applicable.
