AI Product Engineer, Manufacturing, Logistics Systems Full Stack, Next.js – Supabase

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement internal tools, applications, dashboards, and automations that enhance Koin’s operations.

• Manage features from the approved Statement of Work through the Technical Design Document, encompassing building, testing, and deployment.

• Create Next.js applications hosted on Vercel utilizing Supabase, n8n, and GitHub.

• Integrate internal tools with NetSuite, Shopify, and Patchworks.

• Identify and prioritize manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes for automation opportunities.

• Design, develop, and maintain Claude-powered automations that provide measurable time and cost efficiencies.

• Create multi-step n8n workflows that integrate Claude with business systems through APIs and webhooks.

• Design and implement agent-based architectures, which include sub-agents and orchestration agents.

• Develop reusable prompt templates, Claude Projects, custom skills, and automation patterns.

• Design and deliver AI training programs, materials, guides, video walkthroughs, and documentation.

• Offer one-on-one coaching and support for colleagues integrating AI into their workflows.

• Develop and enhance prompting strategies across Claude Chat, Cowork, and Code.

• Establish best practices in prompt engineering and maintain a library of validated prompts.

• Troubleshoot prompt performance issues, hallucinations, and inconsistent outputs.

• Contribute to Koin’s AI adoption roadmap and strategic initiatives.

• Conduct research and evaluate AI tools, models, and capabilities.

• Provide insights on build-vs-buy decisions regarding AI tooling and integrations.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, customer service, and e-commerce teams.

• Partner with the Systems & Data team on data pipelines and platforms.

• Report progress, impact, and insights to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering production web applications using AI-accelerated development, with concrete examples.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Claude Code as the main development environment, alongside strong familiarity with Claude Chat and Cowork.

• Solid experience with Supabase, including Postgres data modeling, Row Level Security policies, and edge functions.

• Experience in deploying and operating Next.js applications on Vercel.

• A disciplined GitHub workflow encompassing branching strategies, pull requests, and management of preview/production environments through Vercel.

• Experience in creating and managing n8n workflows, including error handling and API/webhook integrations.

• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot AI-generated TypeScript and SQL code and identify errors.

• Capability to produce Technical Design Documents addressing architecture, data models, and security considerations.

• Experience in designing and constructing agent-based workflows, incorporating sub-agents and orchestration agents.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and incremental sprint delivery.

• Strong skills in prompt engineering for creating, testing, and refining complex prompts.

• Proficient in working with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and JSON.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal English skills; capable of producing clear documentation and training materials.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

• Self-motivated and organized; capable of managing workload independently in a remote setting aligned with UK business hours.

• Eagerness and dedication to continuous improvement and staying updated with AI advancements.

• Desirable: formal software development background, experience with NetSuite, knowledge of Patchworks or other iPaaS, familiarity with MCP, other AI platforms and models, experience with Shopify, knowledge of e-commerce operations, and D2C or multi-brand retail experience.
