AI Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain full-stack web and mobile-optimized applications, utilizing React for front-end development and their corresponding data infrastructures.

• Create and manage Airtable bases (including schema, automation, interfaces, and data quality) that support both internal operations and client-facing tools.

• Construct workflow automations using n8n and Zapier to link the CRM, forms, databases, and various services.

• Integrate third-party and AI solutions (such as LLM APIs like Anthropic's Claude) into applications and workflows where beneficial.

• Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization of applications to ensure performance, reliability, and user-friendliness.

• Collaborate with leadership, the Tech Project Manager, and external partners to define project scopes and deliver results within tight, structured timelines.

• Document systems and create sustainable patterns to ensure that no single tool relies on a single individual.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven experience in delivering full-stack web and application projects, especially utilizing a modern JavaScript framework (preferably React).

• Strong front-end competencies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience in crafting responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

• Extensive experience with Airtable as an application backend (including linked records, automations, and interfaces).

• Proficient in using workflow automation platforms (n8n and/or Zapier) and integrating external APIs.

• Practical experience in incorporating AI or LLM services (for instance, Anthropic's Claude) into applications.

• Familiarity with Claude Code (Anthropic's agentic coding tool) or a willingness to learn it for efficient project delivery.

• Ability to operate as a sole or nearly sole engineer: self-motivated and disciplined in managing scope and documentation.

• Strong analytical skills, with effective communication capabilities for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
