AI Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and rate the outputs of LLM or automation for precision, uniformity, and dependability.

• Develop and uphold annotated and labeled datasets essential for AI model training.

• Utilize critical thinking, logical reasoning, and investigative research to address ambiguous data and classification tasks.

• Assist SMaC by creating mapping, providing catalog support, and maintaining ML models for product identification and classification.

• Leverage ChatGPT, Copilot, and other cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with LLMs such as ChatGPT and Gemini.

• Proficient in using Google Sheets and Excel, including advanced functionalities like pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

• Capable of researching, utilizing provided SOPs, and exercising sound judgment to resolve ambiguous issues.

• Knowledge of data labeling, model evaluation, or QA workflows is preferred.

• Experience in tech-enabled operations, automation support, or customer operations is preferred.

• Familiarity with the consumer packaged goods, retail, or e-commerce sectors is preferred.

• Proficiency in SQL or Python is a bonus.
