AI Operations & Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the rollout, implementation, and adoption of AI solutions throughout the European region.

• Create deployment strategies and coordinate resources for adoption by subsidiaries and distributors.

• Assist distributors and local teams in incorporating AI tools into their everyday business functions.

• Conduct training sessions, provide user guidance, and share best practices.

• Serve as the primary liaison between headquarters, regional teams, distributors, and technical stakeholders.

• Convert global AI initiatives into actionable regional plans and project outputs.

• Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into recommendations for Product and Technology teams.

• Ensure the execution and follow-up of AI-related projects and operational tasks.

• Monitor AI adoption, user engagement, operational performance metrics, project milestones, risks, and deliverables.

• Prepare status reports and project evaluations; proactively address implementation challenges.

• Analyze business feedback to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations teams.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of AI solutions and user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Digital Transformation, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 4–5+ years of experience in operations, digital transformation, project management, sales operations, training roles, or e-commerce, preferably with a focus on AI or technology-driven tools and initiatives.

• Strong understanding of AI applications, intelligent agents, automation solutions, and digital business tools.

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to interpret business and operational data.

• Proficient in local and English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of the Chinese language is an advantage.
