AI Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and execute AI-driven operating procedures within the Enterprise AI team.

• Leverage automation, structured data, and AI-powered workflows to enhance planning and execution.

• Coordinate operational and program reporting, which includes OKRs, KPIs, KRIs, project and program statuses, health indicators, and other essential metrics.

• Define, consolidate, and disseminate metrics across various systems and stakeholder groups.

• Create, oversee, and maintain the Enterprise AI knowledge repository.

• Establish a hub-and-spoke framework for dependable, on-demand access to operational data.

• Support AI-driven processes, tools, and information retrieval efforts.

• Lead and facilitate key stakeholder forums.

• Develop executive-level narratives, content, and agendas that communicate AI product strategy, roadmap priorities, initiatives, and program advancements.

• Enable data-informed decisions and organizational coherence.

• Manage the Enterprise AI intake process.

• Aggregate and assess requests for AI system integrations, AI feature enablement, and new tools.

• Facilitate approval processes with relevant stakeholders.

• Supervise the AI asset registry.

• Ensure that required data attributes are complete, accurate, and consistently maintained.

• Continuously enhance the Enterprise AI operating model by identifying friction points, clarifying ownership, and introducing scalable methods for planning, prioritization, governance, and communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in program management or operations.

• Proven track record of developing and refining processes in technology, product, AI, or other fast-paced sectors, achieving measurable outcomes.

• Ability to connect individuals, processes, tools, and data into effective operational mechanisms that can scale across teams and stakeholder groups.

• Experience in creating content that simplifies complex operational and program information into clear executive-level narratives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders, facilitate discussions, clarify decisions, and drive execution without solely relying on formal authority.

• Familiarity with Generative AI, AI platforms, and common enterprise AI applications.

• Proven curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI in innovative ways.
