AI-native Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Support the daily product workflow in collaboration with the Product Director.

• Organize product meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.

• Refine the backlog and craft clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Linear.

• Maintain an organized and sprint-ready backlog.

• Monitor release progress across engineering teams and QA.

• Proactively update stakeholders on release statuses, potential risks, and timelines.

• Develop wireframes and mockups utilizing AI design and prototyping tools.

• Leverage strong UI/UX expertise to ensure the product remains intuitive and well-crafted.

• Employ Claude/ChatGPT and other AI tools to analyze data, address process inefficiencies, and eliminate bottlenecks.

• Serve as a liaison between engineering, UI/UX design, and business objectives.

• Collaborate directly with the Product Director throughout the entire product lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience in product management, particularly in software/SaaS contexts.

• Direct involvement with B2B SaaS products is essential.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or intranet solutions is a valuable asset.

• Advanced, hands-on experience with Linear or similar agile project management tools, GitHub, and Claude (CLI and app) or equivalent AI technologies.

• Strong design sensibility and foundational understanding of UI/UX processes.

• Proven capability to create mockups using AI-assisted design tools.

• Robust technical background with a solid understanding of software development.

• Competence in discussing APIs, web technologies, and architecture with engineering teams.

• Extensive hands-on experience with JavaScript/React or the Microsoft 365/SharePoint ecosystem is a considerable advantage.

• Application must contain the word “compass.”

• Proficient English communication is required for the introductory video and application process.

• High-speed internet connection adequate for fulfilling job responsibilities online.

• Ability to participate in Zoom meetings with the camera on and screen sharing capabilities.

• Having a Claude Code or Codex project of your own is a significant plus.
