AI-Native Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Actively and fluently utilize AI tools as an integral part of the design process.

• Leverage technical design skills to guide AI outputs towards high-quality, production-ready results.

• Stay informed about new AI design tools, techniques, and methodologies.

• Investigate AI-native product experiences and drive the product's development in that direction.

• Create comprehensive product experiences, encompassing screens, flows, interactions, and AI-driven interfaces.

• Take ownership of design delivery from concept to handoff, ensuring high-quality Figma deliverables.

• Maintain and enhance the company's design system and interaction patterns.

• Iterate designs based on feedback from Engineering, commercial teams, and customers.

• Collaborate closely with Engineers, particularly the AI team, to design feasible and technically sound solutions.

• Clarify design intentions, edge cases, and interactions during the implementation phase.

• Ensure design integrity throughout the development process independently.

• Regularly connect with Sales and Implementation teams to gather customer feedback and understand operational contexts.

• Transform customer complaints, requests, and pain points into actionable product improvements.

• Validate design choices against actual usage patterns and market expectations within logistics and B2B platforms.

• Propose proactive ideas based on independent research and findings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer in B2B or complex product settings.

• Background in designing for or developing AI-native products where AI is fundamental to the experience.

• Highly proficient with Figma and AI-driven design tools for design, prototyping, and collaboration.

• Comfortable engaging in close, ongoing collaboration with Engineering, including technical discussions and implementation support.

• Capability to design data-intensive and workflow-focused interfaces for operational B2B environments.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and vocal; contributes ideas and advances initiatives without needing direction.

• Eager to explore possibilities and continuously enhance products.

• Able to operate efficiently and maintain quality in a fast-paced startup environment.
