AI, MCP Developer – Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, and implement MCPs that connect to essential data sources such as Snowflake and SharePoint.

• Link databases, APIs, and other systems to present data through MCPs.

• Facilitate advanced Copilot workflows and collaborative AI environments.

• Transform proof-of-concept code into a reliable production infrastructure.

• Comply with architectural and security guidelines.

• Design, test, and fine-tune prompts for VMCPs, AI skills, and plugins.

• Identify and fix MCP-related bugs.

• Systematically assess MCP performance against prompts.

• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to manage data pipelines and integrations.

• Take ownership of development tasks from initial idea through to deployment.

• Incorporate AI functionalities into established, high-security infrastructures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong practical experience in Python and solid coding principles.

• Demonstrated experience in creating AI-driven solutions and working with MCPs.

• Familiarity with the FAST MCP framework.

• Significant experience in prompt engineering.

• Knowledge of AI assistant coding tools, such as Claude Code, including managing cloud sub-agents and skills/plugins.

• Good overall understanding of AWS.

• Experience in integrating unstructured and structured data sources, including databases, APIs, SQL/ORMs, SharePoint, and files.

• Advanced or bilingual proficiency in English (C1 or higher).

• High level of independence and capability to drive projects from concept to completion without constant oversight.

• Excellent communication skills to convey progress and technical challenges.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.

• Knowledge of Agent Core or similar frameworks for agent-side development.

• Previous experience in financial services, hedge funds, or investment sectors.
