AI Marketing Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Identify manual and repetitive workflows within marketing and transition them to AI-driven solutions.

• Develop and implement agentic workflows that encompass content creation, segmentation, reporting, and lead enrichment.

• Design interconnected systems and data pipelines that automatically highlight insights.

• Establish a centralized, AI-queryable knowledge base spanning product information, target personas, and market intelligence.

• Automate the reporting of campaigns, post-event evaluations, and continuous performance insights.

• Collaborate across departments including Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to integrate data, systems, and workflows.

• Construct the technical foundation that enhances Flywire’s visibility in AI-driven search platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, growth, or RevOps.

• Demonstrated ability to independently create a functional AI-driven solution from an existing manual or dysfunctional workflow.

• Strong proficiency in AI and practical experience in developing workflows and automations with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Make, Gumloop, or similar.

• Technical skills and comfort in working with systems, APIs, webhooks, and data flows.

• Direct experience utilizing AI tools to significantly automate or expedite tasks beyond basic content generation.

• Capability to work cross-functionally and gain access to essential data and systems.

• A clear perspective on the future of AI in marketing, supported by real-world applications.

• A builder mindset, evidenced by side projects, experiments, or internal tools.

• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
