AI Marketing & Operations Specialist – AI Implementor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with business owners to analyze workflows and pinpoint automation possibilities.

• Design and propose automation solutions to address business challenges.

• Develop email systems that effectively sort, summarize, draft, and route communications.

• Create AI-driven workflows for planning, generating, scheduling, and publishing social media content.

• Automate the generation of call summaries, follow-up emails, and reminders.

• Construct AI-assisted lead funnels and landing pages hosted on Cloudflare, complete with automated follow-up sequences.

• Integrate AI agents with WhatsApp and Telegram.

• Develop and test proof-of-concept automations for innovative product ideas.

• Document all builds with comprehensive notes and guides.

• Create automated content workflows and edit short-form videos.

• Repurpose content using AI while preserving branding and the founder’s voice.

• Build and manage LinkedIn outreach sequences, landing pages, lead funnels, CRM workflows, and automated follow-ups.

• Maintain Notion as the central hub for content, leads, tasks, and financial tracking.

• Integrate various tools to automate data entry and reporting processes.

• Keep AI prompts and brand guidelines up to date.

• Implement approval checks, monitor the performance of automations, and establish error alerts.

• Minimize manual management of inboxes, social media postings, and editing tasks.

• Ensure that client calls automatically generate summaries, follow-ups, and reminders.

• Launch and optimize funnels and landing pages designed to capture and nurture leads.

• Test and evaluate product prototypes to inform future decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidate must be based in the Philippines.

• Demonstrated experience in creating AI-driven automations for marketing and operational tasks, supported by real-world examples.

• Strong familiarity with Make, n8n, or Zapier, as well as APIs and webhooks.

• Experience in automating lead generation processes.

• Hands-on experience with LLM tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and in developing AI agents or assistants.

• Proficient in building landing pages and funnels with AI-assisted tools, and deploying them using Cloudflare.

• Experience in integrating with WhatsApp and Telegram through APIs or bot frameworks.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and outreach automation techniques.

• Consultative mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal guidance.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical founders.

• Experience with GoHighLevel is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor is preferred.

• Background in digital marketing, content creation, or growth strategies is preferred.

• Experience working with Australian small businesses or startups is preferred.

• Highly desirable experience in building automated content workflows, editing short-form videos, and utilizing AI tools to repurpose content while maintaining consistent branding and voice.

• Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work.
