AI Learning Project Manager – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee AI learning projects from start to finish, assist in learning needs analysis, assess outcomes using SMART goals, and support learning initiatives from planning through execution.

• Investigate, assess, and recommend productivity tools and software solutions.

• Recognize challenges and opportunities for AI upskilling and reskilling across various departments to standardize AI literacy and proficiency.

• Assess and sustain AI-powered tools and learning solutions, facilitating implementation, integration, and user adoption.

• Advocate for and coordinate change management to foster the adoption of AI-driven operational practices, automated workflows, and technologies.

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, measure the impact of initiatives, and produce regular reports for leadership.

• Contribute to a centralized knowledge repository that encourages information sharing and minimizes redundant efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an AI Learning professional or project manager handling learning projects and training engagements, ideally in technology or cybersecurity.

• Strong proficiency in AI applications and productivity platforms.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.

• Experience with collaboration platforms like Slack or Teams.

• Knowledge of automation tools such as Workato, Make, or n8n.

• Experience with AI tools including Claude, Gemini, or NotebookLM.

• Skilled in developing adult-learning materials using blended approaches, including eLearning, webinars, video tutorials, and presentations.

• Capability to prepare and deliver presentations and facilitate training for global audiences.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build relationships within a global organization.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining close attention to detail.

• Ability to analyze training metrics and provide actionable insights.

• Knowledge of advanced tools and AI-based models that enhance productivity.

• Self-motivated individual with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

• A degree in HR, Business, Education, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Familiarity with challenges in the cybersecurity industry and common operational workflows is preferred.

• Experience working in a global or distributed team setting is preferred.

• PMP, Artificial Intelligence leader/practitioner, or other pertinent certifications are preferred.
