AI Implementation Specialist – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain internal web tools utilizing AI-assisted development platforms.

• Create an employee portal that consolidates handbooks, SOPs, reference materials, and searchable documentation.

• Implement task-management features for monitoring, assigning, managing, and completing operational tasks.

• Develop role-specific dashboards for both employees and leadership.

• Continuously enhance internal tools in alignment with evolving business needs and workflows.

• Establish automated workflows using platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools.

• Transform incoming customer emails into trackable and assignable tasks.

• Automate the creation, assignment, prioritization, status tracking, and follow-up identification of tasks.

• Identify repetitive processes that can be automated.

• Maintain and optimize current automations.

• Integrate email, telephony, policy and agency data, reporting sources, and other systems through APIs.

• Create dependable data flows and troubleshoot synchronization issues.

• Design operational dashboards and reports for call activity, task throughput, response times, completion times, and productivity metrics.

• Configure AI-driven processes that analyze reports and generate structured outputs.

• Set up and maintain Supabase or similar backend services.

• Design data models and ensure the integrity of platform records.

• Configure authentication, permissions, and role-based access controls.

• Implement security measures for employee and customer data and escalate risks that require senior oversight.

• Test, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain tools, workflows, integrations, and dashboards.

• Continuously enhance platform reliability, usability, and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing internal web tools, applications, dashboards, or operational systems using AI-assisted development tools.

• Practical experience in building and maintaining business automations and integrated workflows.

• Experience in linking business systems through APIs and managing data across multiple platforms.

• Proficiency in configuring backend services, databases, authentication, and access controls.

• A portfolio or concrete examples of previously developed tools, dashboards, applications, or automation systems is required.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, Replit, or similar platforms.

• Experience with workflow automation platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n, or comparable tools.

• Capability to configure Supabase or equivalent backend and database platforms, including data modeling, authentication, and access management.

• Experience in connecting email, telephony, reporting, and other business systems through APIs and integrations.

• Understanding of authentication, role-based access controls, and secure management of sensitive employee and customer information.

• Ability to convert non-technical business needs into technical specifications, workflows, and prompts.

• Experience in developing operational dashboards and reporting systems.

• Competence in testing, troubleshooting, deploying, and maintaining internal tools and automated workflows.

• Ability to independently manage systems and projects while recognizing when to escalate architectural or security requirements.

• Availability Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST.
