AI Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities across the organization’s locations.

• Design and implement effective AI solutions that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and quality of decision-making.

• Revamp processes within manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and administrative functions.

• Develop a repository of reusable AI tools, frameworks, and prompt assets.

• Enhance data quality and prepare the organization for cloud-based analytics.

• Lead training initiatives and change management programs to foster AI capabilities across all locations.

• Ensure that all deployments are conducted responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with regulations.

• Monitor impact through established KPIs, ROI metrics, and operational improvement indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering AI or digital transformation projects in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or a related operational sector.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, computer vision, predictive modeling, and automation platforms.

• Strong understanding of data structures, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems.

• Ability to convert business challenges into effective AI solutions.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms.

• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable improvements through automation or AI initiatives.

• Comfortable working swiftly across multiple locations; proactive and inquisitive mindset.

• Reliable, high-speed internet connection, ideally 25 MBPS or greater, with a backup solution for power or service interruptions.

• Personal PC/laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a Core i5, AMD Ryzen 3, or a 2013 Mac equivalent processor or better.

• Operating system of Windows 10 or higher, or macOS Catalina 10.15 or later.

• Current web browsers and security software.

• 500GB/128 SSD storage capacity.

• Headset or earphones with noise cancellation features.

• Webcam with a resolution of 720p or higher.
