AI Implementation Consultant, Bilingual ENG, SPN/POR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business processes and pinpoint opportunities to incorporate AI or automation tools for enhanced efficiency

• Investigate and propose AI-driven solutions that align with StaffRight’s requirements and workflows

• Set up and execute no-code platforms such as ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Notion AI, ClickUp AI, and HubSpot AI

• Develop and document workflows or automations that boost productivity

• Educate and assist team members on the newly introduced tools

• Track adoption rates, resolve issues, and recommend continuous enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills

• Over 2 years of experience with AI or automation tools in a business or operational context

• Proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance processes or efficiency

• Strong grasp of business workflows and the ability to identify automation prospects

• Excellent communication and training abilities, capable of explaining technical tools to non-technical users

• Must be available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)

• Must be able to start within 2 weeks of receiving a job offer

• Comfortable using time-tracking software (e.g., Time Doctor)

• Must have a personal laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps

• Access to backup equipment in case of power and internet disruptions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
