AI Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business processes and pinpoint opportunities to incorporate AI or automation tools for enhanced efficiency.

• Investigate and propose AI-driven solutions that align with StaffRight’s requirements and workflows.

• Set up and implement no-code tools such as ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Notion AI, ClickUp AI, and HubSpot AI.

• Develop and document straightforward workflows or automations that boost productivity.

• Provide training and support to team members on newly adopted tools.

• Oversee user adoption, resolve issues, and recommend continuous enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with the StaffRight team to optimize and refine internal operations using AI and automation technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with AI or automation tools in a business or operational context.

• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance processes or efficiency.

• Strong grasp of business workflows and the ability to identify automation opportunities.

• Outstanding communication and training capabilities, with the skill to convey technical tools to non-technical users.

• Must be available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).

• Ready to commence work within 2 weeks of receiving a job offer.

• Comfortable with the use of time-tracking tools (e.g., Time Doctor).

• Must possess a personal laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam.

• Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).

• Backup equipment available in case of power and internet disruptions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
