This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive features utilizing Claude Code and Cursor, guiding the process from identifying business requirements to delivering functional solutions.

• Improve the CRM that drives the sales process by modifying pipelines, proposals, and interfaces to align with business objectives.

• Sustain and enhance systems created by others, addressing issues while ensuring uninterrupted operations.

• Link internal systems and integrate digital platforms like WhatsApp and marketing tools.

• Transform meetings and transcripts into clear specifications prior to the commencement of development.

• Ensure all code is submitted to the security pipeline before it is made public.

• Transition prototypes to production only after thorough validation.

• Create functional applications utilizing AI-driven development tools, ensuring real users are actively engaging with your creations.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting AI-generated code sufficiently to critique, refine prompts, and identify subpar outputs.

• Integrate systems via APIs, even with AI assistance, while comprehending the connections being made and their purpose.

• Manage systems that are in active use, including experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

• Preferred: experience collaborating with commercial, marketing, legal, or finance teams.

• Preferred: experience in structuring informal requests and requirements.

• Preferred: experience working with databases, including table modeling and querying.

• Preferred: understanding of information security principles and handling sensitive data.
