AI Engineer – Remote from EU/US business hours overlap

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and create Generative AI applications along with AI-powered services

• Develop and deploy intelligent AI agents and automation workflows

• Incorporate foundational models, including those accessible via Amazon Bedrock

• Create scalable services and APIs using Python

• Execute RAG, prompt engineering, and practices for model evaluation

• Link AI functionalities with enterprise data sources, applications, APIs, and business operations

• Establish secure, scalable, observable, and economically efficient solutions

• Partner with Product, Data Engineering, Software Development, Cloud, SRE, and RunOps teams

• Utilize software engineering, cloud, MLOps, and responsible AI principles throughout the development lifecycle

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Software Engineer with a focus on AI

• Practical experience in building and deploying Generative AI solutions

• Proficient in Python development and API integration

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents

• Familiarity with foundational models and/or Amazon Bedrock

• Knowledge of MLOps, cloud architecture, model evaluation, and observability

• Experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and data

• Strong software engineering mindset and a track record of delivering production-grade solutions

• Awareness of responsible AI, security considerations, and cost optimization

• Proficient in English at a C1 level, with excellent communication abilities

• Capability to work remotely from the EU while maintaining significant overlap with US time zones
