AI Engineer – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and create AI applications utilizing LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and AI agents.

• Develop smart pipelines for document ingestion, knowledge extraction, and retrieval processes.

• Enhance answer quality through prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and retrieval optimization strategies.

• Construct and refine production AI services using Python and contemporary AI frameworks.

• Utilize agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and AI-assisted coding workflows.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a strong emphasis on quality and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to swiftly prototype and deliver new capabilities.

• Assess emerging AI models, tools, and techniques to consistently enhance the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in developing AI, machine learning, or NLP applications through industry, open-source, or research efforts.

• Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and semantic search.

• Strong comprehension of NLP, machine learning, and modern deep learning methodologies.

• Practical experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent ML frameworks.

• Proficient Python development skills with experience in creating production software.

• Experience in working with APIs, vector databases, and AI application frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
