This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Construct, test, maintain, and document applications, workflows, and reusable accelerators that utilize AI technologies.
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts for generative AI and LLMs using Claude, RAG, APIs, and automation tools.
• Assist in the development of agentic AI solutions that leverage enterprise context, approved tools, APIs, and process orchestration.
• Provide support in prompt and context engineering, structured outputs, tool usage/function calling, human-in-the-loop review, and workflow orchestration.
• Integrate AI functionalities with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Aid in data preparation, document ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, evaluation, and testing processes.
• Evaluate model and workflow performance focusing on accuracy, relevance, groundedness, reliability, latency, cost, safety, and user experience.
• Establish safeguards for sensitive data, including access controls, authorized data usage, prompt-injection risk management, and safe tool execution practices.
• Document the behavior of solutions, including limitations, test results, and operational considerations.
• Collaborate with teams in product development, engineering, design, data science, ServiceNow platform, and consulting.
• Engage in requirements gathering, solution design, sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support client-facing research, demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and implementation efforts.
• Contribute to the development of documentation, technical playbooks, reusable components, prompt libraries, evaluation assets, and knowledge sharing.
• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies, capabilities of Anthropic and Claude, and relevant enterprise use cases.
• Investigate and propose applications of generative and agentic AI for enterprise workflows.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of applicable experience gained through internships, co-ops, research, freelance projects, academic work, or professional roles.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, preferably Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
• Fundamental understanding of software engineering principles, APIs, databases, source control, and cloud-based applications.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, machine learning, data science, or automation concepts.
• Familiarity with context windows, token usage, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool usage/function calling, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of Git, REST APIs, SQL, Docker, LLM APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or cloud AI services.
• Basic understanding of responsible AI practices, data privacy, model limitations, human oversight, and safe AI deployment.
• Capability to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences as required.
• Practical experience in developing enterprise-level generative and agentic AI solutions.
• Exposure to Anthropic-aligned methodologies for prompt and context engineering, RAG, tool usage, structured outputs, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience throughout the complete lifecycle of AI product and solution development.
• Guidance from seasoned professionals in AI, engineering, product management, ServiceNow, and consulting.
