This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +4 more countries.
β’ Create tailored features for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, developer environment tools, and agent-first development utilities using Java or Go.
β’ Utilize AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to write, enhance, debug, and accelerate code delivery within internal developer productivity frameworks.
β’ Construct read-only MCP integrations that expose internal enterprise communication platforms, document stores, and operational tools as context sources for AI agents.
β’ Design, refine, and enhance prompts and context-retrieval architectures to boost LLM reasoning, code-generation precision, and output quality.
β’ Review, inspect, and assess code within team repositories; provide comprehensive code-review feedback and ensure maintainability.
β’ Identify, debug, and resolve intricate application bugs, MCP protocol issues, and AI workflow edge cases across development environments.
β’ Contribute to a long-term infrastructure project aimed at hosting and managing MCP servers.
β’ Develop a cohesive read-only MCP framework to broaden the contextual data sources accessible to AI coding assistants and autonomous agents.
β’ Collaborate with distributed teams operating in Central Time and Eastern Time zones.
β’ Over 6 years of practical software engineering experience in developing software products.
β’ Strong hands-on development expertise in Java.
β’ Practical experience in integrating and utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) within software workflows.
β’ Proven proficiency in using AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
β’ Exceptional skills in prompt engineering.
β’ A background dedicated to building software products; experience in pure ETL/data pipeline, systems administration, or basic scripting is not applicable.
β’ Robust experience with Git.
β’ Demonstrated mindset of technical ownership and structured problem-solving abilities.
β’ Familiarity with the setup, configuration, troubleshooting, hosting, and maintenance of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
β’ A successful history of developing AI agent skills or extensions that gained widespread adoption and enhanced developer productivity.
β’ Practical experience with emerging AI-assisted software development platforms and agent harnesses.
β’ Capability to deconstruct complex architectural challenges into modular, composable layers and clear abstractions.
β’ Willingness to align with Central Time (CT) and Eastern Time (EST) / North America business hours.
β’ All interviews, documentation, and daily communication will be conducted in English.
