AI Engineering Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Redefine operational processes by identifying challenges and creating customer-focused AI solutions that seamlessly integrate into users’ workflows, enhance adoption, and produce significant results.

• Develop production-ready AI agents utilizing Claude, OpenAI, and other premier platforms.

• Design scalable solutions, encompassing LLM integrations, natural language interfaces, and automation systems.

• Engage with enterprise data and implement prompt engineering and data models to provide dependable, high-performing solutions.

• Assess new orchestration platforms and AI tools, generating evaluations and recommendations for adoption.

• Showcase AI solutions to client stakeholders and convert technical decisions into straightforward business language for executives.

• Contribute to reusable patterns, components, and documentation to enhance team delivery consistency.

• Offer constructive advice to the delivery team and exemplify strong documentation, SOP, and delivery standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Over 3 years of experience in software engineering, AI or automation development, data, or a similar field.

• Practical experience in building and deploying AI agents or applications powered by LLMs.

• Direct experience with LLM platforms and AI agent tools, including practical knowledge of prompt engineering.

• Experience handling structured and unstructured data.

• Proven capability to manage technical projects from inception to completion, preferably in a client-facing or consulting role.

• Ready to demonstrate or discuss an AI solution personally developed, covering the business challenge, individual contributions, architecture, testing and failure management, along with measurable outcomes or user impacts.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Capacity to swiftly adapt to new technologies and the evolving AI landscape.

• Proficient in working with data models, automation frameworks, and AI-driven decision-making processes.

• Skilled in Python, SQL, or other programming languages.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
