Senior AI Engineer, Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain clinical ontologies utilized by production AI agents

• Train, fine-tune, and distill language models comprehensively for clinical applications

• Construct and uphold evaluation frameworks that extend beyond conventional metrics to pinpoint failure modes

• Deploy and manage AI agents and LLM-based systems in a production environment

• Utilize context engineering techniques, including RAG, vector stores, and knowledge graphs, to enhance agent performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in Latin America

• Proven experience in deploying and maintaining AI agents or LLM-based systems in a production setting

• Practical experience in training, fine-tuning, or distilling models from start to finish

• Proficient in Python programming

• Knowledge of context engineering, including RAG, vector stores, and knowledge graphs

• A demonstrated history of delivering production systems; a background solely in academic or research roles does not fulfill this criterion

• Not currently serving in a management, director, or VP position
