AI Engineer – Data & Reporting Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Integrate and unify data from various accounts and sources into a cohesive reporting system.

• Collect requirements and create dashboards for account-level and internal/management reporting.

• Verify KPI calculations against original data sources.

• Develop exception handling and error management for inaccurate data.

• Automate data updates, production of recurring reports, and scheduling for delivery.

• Produce AI-assisted summaries and insights for management as necessary.

• Document data sources, refresh strategies, dependencies, and maintenance processes.

• Oversee the execution of a fixed-scope, two-project engagement from start to finish.

• Suggest the methodology, schedule, estimated hours, and cost through a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and automation in Google Workspace.

• Experience with integrating AI/LLM services into reporting or summarization workflows.

• Demonstrated capacity to independently design, validate, and document a KPI/reporting pipeline.

• Proficient in distinguishing one-time build costs from recurring or usage-based expenses, including APIs and hosting.

• Familiarity with Asana or similar project-data integration tools is advantageous.

• Experience in BI/dashboard projects spanning multiple accounts or business units is a plus.

• A portfolio showcasing relevant and comparable work.

• Required to submit an RFQ detailing proposed work, methodology, inclusions and exclusions, estimated timeline and hours, total costs, additional or recurring expenses, necessary inputs, risks, limitations, and assumptions.

• Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Project Agreement prior to receiving full project details and credentials.

• Must be open to undergoing a background check.
