AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Utilize your software engineering skills to contribute to the training of advanced AI systems.

• Develop reinforcement learning environments to evaluate AI models on intricate software engineering challenges with Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.

• Engage in activities such as debugging, feature implementation, code refactoring, and performance optimization.

• Empower agents to uncover and analyze information from actual MCP servers.

• Create reproducible environments, deterministic verification processes, and golden reference solutions.

• Assess the utilization of MCP tools and software engineering proficiency.

• Complete screening questions, participate in a roughly 30-minute AI interview, and undertake a preliminary technical evaluation.

• Proficient in C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust.

• Comprehensive knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization techniques.

• Proven experience in debugging intricate software challenges and delivering maintainable solutions.

• Strong expertise in feature development and codebase refactoring.

• Demonstrated ability to enhance software for efficiency and scalability.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on detail.

• History of success in collaborative, cross-functional teams, preferably in remote environments.

• Previous experience in AI is not a prerequisite.
