AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Become a part of a delivery team focused on developing Generative AI solutions for a global enterprise client.

• Advance LLM-based use cases from Proof of Concept (PoC) to full production.

• Construct and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

• Create document intelligence solutions.

• Design conversational AI solutions.

• Primarily operate on Azure, with some responsibilities involving AWS workloads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Machine Learning / AI engineering.

• At least 2 years of practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering RAG or LLM-based applications beyond the PoC stage.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Familiarity with LangChain or comparable frameworks like LlamaIndex or Semantic Kernel.

• Practical experience with Azure AI services: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry/AI Studio, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage.

• Experience with vector databases/indexes such as Azure AI Search, FAISS, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of embedding models.

• Experience with various LLM families, including OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and open-source models such as Llama via Hugging Face.

• Experience in CI/CD using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.

• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow.

• Proficient in English for effective daily communication with international stakeholders.
