AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develops, configures, tests, and supports AI solutions in partnership with architects, delivery leaders, and project teams.

• Constructs, configures, and tests components of AI solutions in alignment with architectural designs and business specifications.

• Prepares technical instructions, implementation guidelines, and documentation to support systems and processes.

• Records daily activities, technical updates, and system functionalities.

• Collaborates with team members and leads the technical tasks assigned for solution development and deployment.

• Troubleshoots, optimizes, and enhances applications powered by AI and their integrations.

• Communicates progress, challenges, and suggestions to stakeholders.

• Utilizes relevant technology to facilitate development, testing, and implementation efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Capability to lead and coordinate the activities of team members.

• Proficient in the use of relevant technology.

• Competent in drafting and executing technical instructions and guidelines.

• Ability to document daily activities and system functionalities.

• Comfortable working within a team-oriented environment.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of an organization, internally and externally.

• Willingness to travel as required for business and be available on-call.

• Experience in developing AI, machine learning, automation, or data-driven applications.

• Knowledgeable in scripting, APIs, data integration, testing practices, and standards for technical documentation.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps methodologies, and contemporary development tools.

• Exposure to generative AI, model integration, workflow automation, or low-code development environments.
