AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Create and develop intelligent applications utilizing advanced machine learning and architectures based on large language models (LLMs).

• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their requirements and provide AI solutions leveraging retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and semantic search techniques.

• Identify business challenges and determine how AI can deliver value.

• Construct RAG pipelines and organize unstructured data effectively.

• Fine-tune language models to enhance their performance.

• Engage with vector stores, embedder models, and retrieval frameworks.

• Assist in deploying solutions into production environments using MLOps and LLMOps methodologies.

• Work alongside engineers, analysts, and project managers in a collaborative setting.

• Develop solutions related to document intelligence, unstructured corpus search, AI agents, RAG chat interfaces, and enterprise knowledge-base integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Strong background in software engineering.

• Experience with contemporary AI tools, RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding models.

• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and libraries such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.

• Capability to design and implement cloud-based AI systems.

• Problem-solving orientation, enthusiasm for learning, and a hands-on approach.

• Legally authorized to travel and work throughout the EU as necessary for client engagements.
