AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Incorporate AI functionalities, such as LLM APIs, intelligent automation, and personalized experiences, into ASP.NET MVC products.

• Design, develop, and implement secure, production-ready AI systems utilizing scalable polyglot microservices.

• Integrate Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Google Gemini into SaaS platforms via reliable API routing gateways.

• Create autonomous multi-agent workflows using Claude Code CLI and OpenAI Codex.

• Develop product interfaces featuring intelligent content recommendations, automated compliance tracking, and AI-driven reporting.

• Prototype, validate through adversarial testing, deploy, and iterate on solutions.

• Implement intricate RAG pipelines and optimize the balance between context hydration and semantic retrieval.

• Construct and oversee vector databases and persistent document embedding queues.

• Develop polyglot microservices for prolonged tasks and streaming using WebSockets and Server-Sent Events.

• Ensure compliance with SOC 2, manage data residency controls, and achieve deterministic execution through policy-as-code governance.

• Deploy and scale models within secure, managed cloud environments.

• Identify opportunities for modernization across the training and compliance platforms.

• Transition legacy features into scalable AI-native architectures utilizing agentic swarm coding and automated refactoring.

• Architect zero-touch CI/CD pipelines featuring adversarial gating and AI-enhanced test automation.

• Integrate synthetic red teaming into CI/CD processes to counter prompt drift, reward hacking, and logic degradation.

• Convert ambiguous business challenges into secure, scalable AI solutions in collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.

• Work closely with product and design teams to deliver features from inception to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise software development with a strong foundation in full-stack web technologies.

• Practical experience with .NET / ASP.NET MVC and proficiency in C#.

• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, and NextJS.

• Strong understanding of relational databases; experience with MS SQL is a plus.

• Background in designing polyglot APIs, asynchronous microservices, WebSockets, and Server-Sent Events.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and multi-region cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Hands-on experience in integrating AI/ML APIs or developing AI-driven production features.

• Experience with dynamic API routing while integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.

• Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration and advanced CLI tools, including Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.

• Expertise in Cursor and GitHub Copilot.

• RAG pipeline design skills, including dynamic chunking, vector databases, and embedding management.

• Conduct custom evaluations using LangSmith, structured outputs, and managed fine-tuning in secure cloud settings.

• Experience with zero-touch CI/CD pipelines and advanced Git workflows, including worktree isolation for autonomous sub-agents.

• Skills in unit testing and benchmarking automation with AI-driven testing frameworks.

• Experience in adversarial LLM testing and automated synthetic red-teaming.

• Expertise in hallucination mitigation, enterprise guardrails, and deterministic policy-as-code execution.

• Ability to track real-time token/credit consumption and monitor dynamic access limits.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows.

• Familiarity with refactoring or re-architecting legacy .NET applications.

• Experience in HR tech, e-learning, compliance, or LMS platforms is advantageous.

• Understanding of SOC 2 audit requirements and compliance automation tools is a bonus.
