This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Incorporate AI functionalities like LLM APIs, intelligent automation, and personalization into ASP.NET MVC products.

• Create, develop, and implement secure, production-ready AI systems utilizing scalable polyglot microservices.

• Integrate Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Google Gemini into SaaS platforms via fault-tolerant API routing gateways.

• Develop autonomous multi-agent workflows leveraging Claude Code CLI and OpenAI Codex.

• Construct product interfaces featuring intelligent content recommendations, automated compliance tracking, and AI-assisted reporting.

• Quickly prototype, validate through adversarial testing, deploy, and iterate.

• Execute complex RAG pipelines and enhance massive-context hydration against multi-stage semantic retrieval.

• Construct and manage vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, and FAISS, including persistent document embedding queues.

• Develop polyglot microservices for prolonged tasks and streaming via WebSockets and Server-Sent Events.

• Ensure compliance with SOC 2, implement data residency controls, and provide deterministic execution through policy-as-code agentic governance.

• Deploy and scale models within secure managed cloud parameters.

• Identify significant modernization opportunities throughout the training and compliance platform.

• Transition legacy features into scalable, AI-native architectures utilizing agentic swarm coding and automated refactoring.

• Design zero-touch CI/CD pipelines with adversarial gating and AI-enhanced test automation.

• Incorporate synthetic red teaming into CI/CD processes to avert prompt drift, reward hacking, and logic degradation.

• Convert ambiguous business challenges into secure, scalable AI solutions in collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.

• Work alongside product and design teams to deliver features from inception to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise software development with robust full-stack web fundamentals.

• Proficient hands-on experience with .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.

• Fluency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, and NextJS.

• Strong understanding of relational databases; experience with MS SQL is advantageous.

• Backend experience in designing polyglot APIs, decoupled asynchronous microservices, and WebSockets/SSE.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and multi-region cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Practical experience in integrating AI/ML APIs or developing AI-powered features in production environments.

• Experience with enterprise LLM integration and dynamic API routing utilizing OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.

• Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration and advanced CLI tools, including Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.

• Mastery in Cursor and GitHub Copilot.

• Design experience with RAG pipelines, including dynamic chunking, vector databases, and embedding management.

• Ability to conduct custom evaluations with LangSmith, structured outputs, and managed fine-tuning in secure cloud settings.

• Experience with zero-touch CI/CD pipelines and advanced Git workflows, including worktree isolation for autonomous sub-agents.

• Proficient in unit testing and benchmarking automation using AI-driven testing frameworks.

• Experience in adversarial LLM testing and automated synthetic red-teaming.

• Knowledge of hallucination mitigation, enterprise guardrails, and deterministic policy-as-code execution.

• Real-time tracking of token/credit consumption and dynamic access limit monitoring.

• Bonus: experience in prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows.

• Bonus: familiarity with refactoring or re-architecting legacy .NET applications.
