AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the foundational architecture of the AI agent platform, ensuring adherence to standards, governance, and optimal reusability.

• Create and integrate comprehensive tracking, metrics, evaluation, logging, observability, and auditing systems for the agents' lifecycle.

• Evaluate AI agent projects by analyzing needs, behavioral patterns, interactions, and orchestration demands.

• Aid in the internalization of essential components, guaranteeing control, security, and uniformity throughout the ecosystem.

• Collaborate with other AI initiatives to ensure technical coherence and exchange insights.

• Develop essential MVPs, including standardized documentation, agent templates, monitoring tools, and observability protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques (few-shot, self-ask, chain-of-thought, tree of thoughts).

• Experience in A/B testing of prompts and assessing model responses.

• Familiarity with distributed systems architecture, capable of designing and implementing scalable, highly available solutions.

• Experience with application or machine learning platforms and pipelines.

• Practical experience with AI agents, orchestrators, or frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, SpringAI, or their equivalents.

• Demonstrated software development experience in complex environments.

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, OCI).

• Knowledge of embedding, vectorization, and RAG techniques.

• Understanding of prompt security and strategies for mitigating prompt injection.
