AI Engineer, All Genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You convert business unit requirements into tangible, actionable AI solutions, collaborating closely with Business, Security, and Engineering teams.

• You guide use cases from the conceptual stage to production, encompassing implementation, alignment, documentation, and transparency.

• You incorporate AI/LLMs and agents into production workflows and assist in the development of a centralized AI infrastructure/platform.

• You actively engage with our enterprise AI tools (Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise) to enhance and refine their usability.

• You create and sustain workflows and automations in n8n, providing support for teams to utilize them autonomously.

• You assess and implement new AI tools, streamline existing ones, and collaborate with Security to establish standards and governance (e.g., for n8n).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in translating business needs into technical AI solutions, preferably with a background in project-based work or consulting.

• Proficiency in integrating AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic AI into production workflows.

• Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n (or similar) and a passion for developing and maintaining workflows.

• Confident utilization of modern enterprise AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) with a keen interest in their development, deployment, and governance (including role & rights models, permissions, connector integration).

• Experience in connecting data sources for various AI applications, as well as data preparation and retrieval (e.g., embeddings, vector search, re-ranking).

• Strong technical skills in execution (e.g., Python, APIs, integrations).

• Knowledge of data protection, security, and governance, including GDPR compliance.

• Familiarity with or interest in agile methodologies, change management, and project coordination.

• You are self-motivated, communicative, team-oriented, and passionate about emerging AI technologies.
