AI Enablement and Learning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Investigate effective, AI-driven methods to achieve learning objectives and suggest implementation possibilities.

• Develop prototypes for Claude-assisted learning tools and automations, transforming successful ones into functional solutions.

• Design and implement learning projects from concept to adoption.

• Manage and enhance asynchronous onboarding to create a predominantly automated experience.

• Organize and uphold a centralized learning knowledge base that is accessible, reliable, and up-to-date.

• Streamline enrollments, notifications, tracking, and reporting across various learning platforms.

• Oversee learning systems and tools, including Sana LMS, Notion, and Claude.

• Produce concise learning modules, guides, and resources as required.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization to identify learning needs and devise effective solutions.

• Extensive experience in organizing and managing knowledge.

• Practical experience in building with AI technologies.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools.

• Proficiency with technical systems and tools.

• A systems-oriented mindset with the ability to execute effective solutions.

• Capability to tackle problems in uncertain situations and translate vague objectives into precise plans.

• A learner-centric approach that prioritizes the experience of the learner.

• Skill in creating clear and straightforward learning content and communications.

• Independent and proactive work style.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Comfort in working asynchronously within a remote team environment.

• Experience in learning and development, human resources, enablement, or related fields is a plus.

• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is an advantage.
