AI-Driven Content Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop both short-form and long-form AI-generated performance creatives, encompassing video and static advertisements for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and various other paid social platforms.

• Produce advertising content focused on mental health and wellbeing topics.

• Formulate content hypotheses and quickly test innovative ideas.

• Evaluate creative performance and refine strategies based on analytical data.

• Conduct research on competitor advertisements, trending ad formats, native/UGC-style creatives, and best practices for platform-specific paid social campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Growth/Performance Marketing team on project briefs, testing strategies, and iterations.

• Experiment with hooks, storytelling techniques, editing styles, and advertising concepts to combat creative fatigue.

• Keep up-to-date with AI image and video generation tools, utilizing them daily to create ad variations at scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in crafting AI-generated content specifically for performance and paid campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

• A portfolio showcasing actual ad creatives, as opposed to solely organic content, is highly advantageous.

• Ability to tell creative stories tailored for short attention spans, incorporating conversion-focused hooks.

• Strong comprehension of viral mechanics, internet culture, and elements that make an advertisement feel native rather than promotional.

• Capability to identify trends early and adapt creatively.

• Proficient use of AI tools for content creation.

• Proficient use of AI tools for generating images and videos.

• Comfort with interpreting basic ad performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, thumb-stop rate) and utilizing data from ad platforms is a significant advantage.

• Ideally situated within the CET or EET time zone.
