AI Digital Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the product strategy for initiatives and products centered on emerging AI capabilities.

• Utilize user-centered design methodologies, such as customer journey mapping, to collect insights and integrate user feedback.

• Create and implement evaluation frameworks to assess reliability, performance accuracy, security, cost efficiency, and regression robustness.

• Perform build-versus-buy analyses and leverage KPIs to steer product direction.

• Evaluate success through team outcomes and levels of customer satisfaction.

• Employ customer feedback, market analysis, and data insights to guide product direction, investment choices, and prioritization.

• Implement lean product concepts to quickly validate assumptions and deliver straightforward, effective designs.

• Establish and monitor metrics that inform future product decisions.

• Break down complex technical topics into manageable, independent, and testable user stories.

• Propel aligned features and experiences across various products to create seamless end-to-end user journeys.

• Lead and engage in discovery and test-and-learn initiatives for AI-enhanced solutions.

• Support the AI-DLC product area by facilitating secure, governed, and scalable tools, infrastructure, and services throughout the AI development lifecycle.

• No supervisory responsibilities involved.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a product-centric role.

• At least 7 years of experience in delivering products within an IT environment.

• Proven experience in executing large-scale, enterprise-level initiatives.

• Capability to monitor market trends and adjust product strategy accordingly.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a track record of influencing decisions across various organizational levels.

• Experience in KPI-driven settings.

• Ability to articulate complex and innovative concepts clearly to facilitate decision-making.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, foresee challenges, and recognize opportunities.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong inclination towards action.

• Proficient in defining and prioritizing product features.

• Willingness to work early hours aligned with EST to collaborate with engineering teams based in India.

• Preferably 3 or more years of product management experience.

• Preferably 1 or more years of experience in leading or contributing to an AI-driven product.

• Background investigation is required.

• A dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working remotely.

• An appropriate desk and seating arrangement when working from home.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 MB and upload speed of 5 MB.
