Creator, Content Management – Full-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit appropriate creators for various projects.

• Manage arrangements with creators, covering terms and conditions, contract negotiations, and inquiries related to content production.

• Develop conversion-focused content briefs in collaboration with the Creative Strategy team.

• Conduct research to find additional creators for the creator pool based on established quality standards.

• Serve as the communication link between external content creators and the internal team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Ability to work independently and self-direct with a proactive, hands-on approach.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.

• Preferred: Initial experience in an agency or campaign setting.
