AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and create multi-step AI agents and orchestration workflows using Python

• Utilize tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, n8n, AWS Bedrock, and others for development

• Integrate and assess models like Gemini, GPT, and Claude

• Connect agents with APIs, SaaS applications, webhooks, queues, and event systems

• Implement memory, retrieval, and planning features to ensure dependable agent behavior

• Transition prototypes to production through CI/CD processes, containerization, and cloud deployment

• Develop internal SDKs and reusable templates for agents

• Set up logging, tracing, guardrails, and evaluation metrics

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct experiments, and iterate on solutions

• Apply best practices in security, privacy, and safety during deployments

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in developing and deploying AI agents or complex automations

• Proficient in Python, including asynchronous programming, testing, and packaging

• Experience with LangGraph or LangChain, along with orchestration tools such as n8n, Bedrock, Airflow, Prefect, or Temporal

• Familiarity with model ecosystems such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar

• Strong foundation in data handling: embeddings, RAG, chunking, and indexing techniques

• Knowledge of software engineering principles: Git, CI/CD, Docker, and AWS

• Bonus skills: TypeScript, FastAPI, Node.js, Supabase, or observability tools like Langfuse, W&B, or OpenTelemetry

• A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented working approach

• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
