This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and finalize the backend architecture of a multi-brain AI trading algorithm, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and capable of high-performance execution.

• Design and implement AI models, machine learning workflows, and intelligent decision-making systems to bolster algorithmic trading strategies.

• Integrate blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized infrastructure as needed to facilitate secure and transparent trading operations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint project gaps, troubleshoot existing code, and expedite the delivery of a significantly delayed platform.

• Construct and maintain APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and backend services that allow seamless communication between AI models, blockchain components, and frontend applications.

• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization to guarantee reliability, security, and readiness for production.

• Apply best practices for cybersecurity, data integrity, version control, and documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Contribute to the organization's mission by creating technology that powers a 508(c)(1)(A) trust, providing free AI education, certifications, and innovative learning experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML backend development with a strong command of Python and contemporary AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar).

• Demonstrated experience in developing blockchain-based applications, which includes smart contracts, Web3 integrations, decentralized protocols, and cryptocurrency ecosystems.

• Solid understanding of backend technologies, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), databases (SQL/NoSQL), Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in building or supporting algorithmic trading systems, financial applications, or data-intensive AI platforms is highly desirable.

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project ownership abilities, with the capacity to work independently and deliver complex projects within tight deadlines.
