This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of LLM-driven features from initial prompt design to user-facing outcomes.
• Quickly transform concepts into functional prototypes and guide them towards production readiness.
• Develop and refine product-facing features throughout the entire technology stack.
• Engage with the multi-LLM pipeline and make informed decisions regarding model selection, cost efficiency, and latency.
• Establish evaluation processes against actual outputs, set baselines, and showcase measurable enhancements.
• Guarantee traceability of LLM systems through detailed step-by-step tracking and prompt provenance.
• Design workflows that involve human decision-making through human-in-the-loop agent processes.
• Swiftly prototype, solidify solutions, and deploy your contributions to production, including configuration, feature flags, and scheduled tasks.
• Share and develop your own product ideas.
• Proven product intuition and an ability to work at a rapid pace.
• Capable of delivering practical solutions while making sensible trade-offs.
• Comfortable working with AI tools daily, incorporating Claude and Cursor into your workflow.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, including function calling, agents, and evaluation processes.
• Experience in tracing LLM behavior in a production environment and identifying genuine bugs.
• Ability to articulate when a deterministic pipeline is more appropriate than an agent.
• Willingness to take ownership of deploying your own projects.
• Proficiency in German.
