AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance RESTful AI services.

• Implement backend functionalities utilizing Python.

• Develop, integrate, and maintain microservices.

• Connect various data sources and external systems.

• Ensure code quality through automated testing and code reviews.

• Containerize applications using Docker or Podman.

• Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines based on Jenkins.

• Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.

• Automate the processes of build, test, and release.

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues across multiple system components.

• Evaluate log data and monitor the application’s runtime behavior.

• Ensure the maintainability, scalability, and performance of applications.

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and frontend teams.

• Contribute to architecture, design, and technology decisions.

• Create technical documentation in Confluence.

• Estimate effort and plan as well as implement tasks in Jira.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Strong experience in software development with Python.

• Experience in designing and implementing REST APIs.

• Practical experience with Docker or Podman.

• Proficient in using Git.

• Familiarity with Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.

• German language skills are a plus.

• Experience with Bash scripting is a plus.

• Knowledge of OpenShift and/or Kubernetes is a plus.

• Experience with GitLab CI/CD is a plus.

• Familiarity with FastAPI is a plus.

• Experience with microservice architectures is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of Kafka is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of Redis is a plus.

• Experience with SonarQube.

• Knowledge of Jira.

• Familiarity with Nexus IQ.

• Knowledge of Confluence.

• Understanding of OpenSearch.

• Familiarity with Dynatrace.

• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
