AI & Data Science Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Drive strategic initiatives in AI and analytics across Technical Services & Sustainable Operations.

• Establish data-driven foundations to improve operational excellence and foster innovation.

• Oversee AI, data science, and advanced analytics capabilities while managing the AI and data roadmap.

• Assist in TSSO non-financial performance reporting by mapping data sources and facilitating reporting methodologies.

• Create and sustain executive, non-enterprise dashboards and reporting frameworks.

• Aid in ARP analytics and dashboard updates, encompassing scorecards, trackers, and advanced statistics.

• Lead the integration of EDP data extracts with Claude AI and technical delivery teams.

• Develop preventive maintenance identification utilizing Claude AI code.

• Address Property Hub data discrepancies and perform dashboard variance analyses and reconciliations.

• Propel ARP data model development and transition solutions from pilot to operational implementation.

• Facilitate access to the LCAM ecosystem and data lake tables for asset lifecycle analytics.

• Oversee data standards governance, data integration, topology, quality frameworks, and technology prioritization.

• Translate facilities management requirements into technology specifications and data solutions.

• Manage TSSO Asset Data Governance and collaborate with JLLT Product, Data, Azara, and Governance teams.

• Implement data governance protocols to ensure data quality, timeliness, accessibility, security, and enterprise compliance.

• Direct strategic technology and AI roadmap decisions in alignment with TSSO and enterprise objectives.

• Integrate technical systems across Sustainable Operations, Integrated Operations Centers, Reliability Engineering, and Asset Renewal Planning.

• Spearhead TSSO Citizen AI initiatives and coordinate matrixed contributors.

• Build and lead a high-performing team.

• Guide TSSO Data Model development and create the advanced analytical roadmap.

• Support the evolution of data management delivery models through shared service centers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in data science, analytics, or AI implementation within large-scale operations.

• 5+ years in leadership roles managing or collaborating with analytics teams to enhance operational excellence.

• Demonstrated history of delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions and performance reporting systems.

• Extensive expertise in AI/ML technologies, including large language models like Claude AI.

• Strong background in data governance, data quality management, and enterprise data architecture.

• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.

• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data stack technologies.

• Familiarity with EDP or comparable enterprise data warehousing solutions.

• Knowledge of API integrations, data pipelines, and ETL processes.

• Understanding of AI governance, model risk management, and responsible AI practices.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.

• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams.

• Expertise in change management with a successful record of promoting technology adoption.

• Excellent project management skills for handling multiple complex initiatives.

• Experience in real estate operations, facilities management, or transaction services is preferred.
