AI Creative Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create and manage production folders utilizing Gen-AI tools to ensure uniformity across characters, settings, and costumes.

• View and assess AI-generated micro-drama episodes.

• Evaluate acting, emotional delivery, pacing, editing, sound, music, color, lighting, continuity, and overall visual credibility.

• Pinpoint issues and opportunities to enhance audience retention.

• Provide clear, actionable creative suggestions.

• Submit comprehensive and organized feedback through Excel logs, including episode numbers, specific timecodes, and targeted observations.

• Review AI-generated episodes and serve as a high-level creative gatekeeper.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Film, Cinema, or related disciplines is preferred.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in long-form, narrative, or scripted content, ideally in roles such as Script Supervisor, Script Editor, Director, or Showrunner.

• Profound understanding of micro-drama elements, including dramatic structures, rapid pacing, recurring genres, character archetypes, and cliffhangers.

• Strong analytical abilities to assess viewer engagement and convert user behavior into actionable creative guidance.

• Professional working proficiency in English at an intermediate to advanced level.

• Familiarity with or a strong willingness to incorporate Gen-AI tools into contemporary creative workflows.
