This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate a substantial volume of content in various formats, including short-form videos, long-form YouTube content, static and video advertisements, LinkedIn posts, written articles, landing page designs, and email creatives, utilizing AI tools to significantly enhance your output far beyond what a conventional content team can achieve.
• Establish a content production system: develop repeatable processes and workflows (AI tools, templates, freelancers, repurposing pipelines) to ensure content scalability without proportionately increasing headcount.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising directly based on the content you create (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more) - initiate campaigns, conduct tests, analyze data, iterate, eliminate underperformers, and scale successful initiatives.
• Transform our raw materials - product narratives, customer success stories, founder perspectives, and data insights - into a continuous flow of native, brand-aligned content.
• Act swiftly and deliver daily, prioritizing both volume and rapid iteration as key advantages.
• A blend of creator, growth marketer, and operator - you have personally produced content and managed the associated ads, and you thrive doing both.
• A proven history of delivering high-volume, audience-centric content across various formats, with measurable results that demonstrate impact (pipeline, demos, CAC, signups).
• Practical experience in paid media across platforms like Meta and LinkedIn - you are capable of creating campaigns, interpreting performance metrics, and reallocating budgets independently.
• Naturally AI-savvy - you instinctively utilize AI tools to create, repurpose, and scale content from start to finish, without relying on agencies, contractors, or design teams to execute tasks.
• A systems-oriented thinker - you focus on workflows and pipelines rather than isolated deliverables, finding energy in constructing the operation rather than merely sustaining it.
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you aim to develop a function from the ground up (0→1), rather than inheriting an existing team, playbook, or process.
• Familiarity with creating content for a B2B audience of e-commerce and DTC operators - you understand their priorities and can communicate effectively in their language.
