AI Content Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more locations.

📋 Description

• Take complete ownership of Soda’s content function from start to finish.

• Establish a system and workflow for creating the website, technical blogs, webinars, and product videos at scale.

• Craft technical content and produce material in various distinct voices.

• Design multi-step content-generation processes powered by LLMs.

• Identify and resolve pipeline issues that lead to low-quality or generic content.

• Develop your own content profile and following.

• Collaborate with founders, customer engineers, and clients to document and share their expertise.

• Report directly to a co-founder on the Growth team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven ability to write and differentiate high-quality content; provide writing samples aimed at a technical audience.

• Expertise in prompt engineering, including multi-step LLM pipelines, structured outputs, and evaluations.

• Over 3 years of experience in technical content, growth engineering, marketing engineering, GTM engineering, DevRel, marketing operations, RevOps, or as an entrepreneur.

• Proficient in coding with Python or TypeScript, as well as working with APIs, webhooks, and databases.

• Familiarity with Claude Code, MCP servers, and agent skills.

• Strong understanding of data pipelines, data quality, and data warehouses.

• Generalist problem-solving skills and capability in building workflows.

• Ability to work independently within a distributed, asynchronous team across 12+ countries.

• Fluent in English.
