AI Content & Design Creator – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and produce graphics, social media content, advertising creatives, and product visuals utilizing AI tools.

• Convert campaign and content ideas into visual and video formats.

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Art Director and Content Marketing Manager.

• Develop and sustain AI-enhanced content workflows and automations, including template systems, batch production, and content pipelines.

• Produce video and motion graphics content using AI tools for social media and marketing purposes.

• Assess and adopt new AI tools for design, content creation, and automation tasks.

• Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all AI-generated materials.

• Contribute to the development and establishment of AI-supported content production at ZEINpharma.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or vocational training in graphic design, media design, communication design, or a related field; career changers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for image and video generation, such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, and Runway.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.

• A strong sense of brand identity and visual communication.

• High expectations for the quality of your output.

• A proactive and experimental mindset towards work.

• Knowledge of prompting and workflow automation tools, such as n8n, Zapier, or Make, is an advantage.
