📋 Description

• Integrate individual and organizational email accounts with AI-driven assistants

• Establish automation for SMS and WhatsApp messaging

• Connect AI technologies with SharePoint, Excel documents, and Microsoft 365

• Link accounting systems with AI tools for financial analysis and reporting

• Investigate integrations with SmartAdvocate for streamlined case searches

• Create automated reports and dashboards

• Develop AI-enhanced solutions to identify expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives

• Ensure secure integrations and safeguard confidential firm and client data

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing AI automations in practical business settings

• Practical experience with Grok, Claude, and ChatGPT

• Comprehensive understanding of APIs, workflow automation, and system integrations

• Experience with SharePoint, Excel, messaging tools, and financial systems

• Familiarity with n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate is advantageous

• Excellent problem-solving abilities
