This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI and machine learning solutions tailored for enterprise applications.
• Define comprehensive architectures that encompass data ingestion, preparation, model selection, orchestration, APIs, workflow integrations, user experiences, monitoring, and governance.
• Identify high-impact AI opportunities and convert requirements into technical designs and implementation roadmaps.
• Create solutions for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, forecasting, anomaly detection, recommendations, and intelligent automation.
• Establish enterprise-wide AI standards, reference architectures, reusable patterns, and best practices.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, design reviews, proofs-of-concept, and client presentations.
• Develop and implement generative AI applications utilizing Claude, the Anthropic API, and various LLM platforms.
• Create secure RAG solutions based on enterprise documents, knowledge bases, databases, and other data sources.
• Build AI capabilities employing structured outputs, tool use/function calling, APIs, and workflow orchestration.
• Architect and execute agentic AI systems with authorized tools, multi-step tasks, defined boundaries, permissions, memory, approval gates, fallbacks, and escalations.
• Integrate agentic workflows with ServiceNow, enterprise APIs, cloud services, databases, collaboration platforms, and operational systems.
• Implement human-in-the-loop controls and safeguards against unauthorized access, prompt injection, unsafe outputs, and uncontrolled autonomy.
• Develop, train, validate, deploy, and monitor machine learning models.
• Construct data-processing and feature-engineering pipelines.
• Create integrations, APIs, microservices, automation logic, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Apply secure engineering practices for authentication, authorization, secrets management, encryption, logging, error handling, and access controls.
• Establish AI evaluation frameworks, test suites, regression testing, observability, monitoring, tracing, alerting, and feedback loops.
• Define governance principles for privacy, sensitive data, model access, auditability, limitations, and responsible AI usage.
• Design ServiceNow AI-enabled workflow automations and intelligent user experiences.
• Support use cases including chatbots, virtual agents, employee support, customer service, IT operations, knowledge management, and workflow automation.
• Create visualizations in Tableau and Power BI, along with executive reports, dashboards, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, NewRocket consultants, ServiceNow teams, data engineers, and AI/ML engineers.
• Complete relevant Anthropic partner enablement, technical training, and product education as they become available.
• Travel to client sites and conferences as necessary.
• Over 10 years of experience in applying AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering, or intelligent automation technologies to real-world enterprise scenarios.
• Proficient in coding with Python and SQL.
• Practical experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Background in architecting or delivering AI/ML, LLM, RAG, conversational AI, agentic AI, or AI-powered automation solutions.
• Knowledge of algorithms, object-oriented programming, functional design principles, software architecture, and API-based integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, context management, tokens, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
• Proficient in using Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Apache Spark and Snowflake.
• NLP experience with Hugging Face, transformer models, cloud AI services, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of database management, query optimization, data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data quality practices.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, privacy, security, human oversight, hallucination mitigation, prompt-injection defenses, model limitations, and governed deployment.
• Strong analytical, architectural, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to collaborate across client, consulting, engineering, product, data, and AI/ML teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
