This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the AI-native architecture and its development.
β’ Oversee the entire process of AI/MLOps and AI telemetry.
β’ Spearhead the AI practice with a proactive approach.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in machine learning, applied AI, or ML engineering, with recent hands-on involvement as a senior or principal-level developer in the generative AI era.
β’ A proven history of architecting and personally constructing enterprise generative AI systems that have made an impact on customers.
β’ A true builder at heart: actively writes code, deploys, and fine-tunes prompts and evaluations, with a desire to continue doing so in a leadership role.
β’ Extensive knowledge of the contemporary generative AI stack, including LLMs, agents, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, search, and evaluation frameworks.
β’ Practical experience in designing AI pipelines that encompass systems of systems, including search, retrieval, agent harnesses, and model selection/triage.
β’ Strong expertise in the Microsoft AI ecosystem: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, along with the necessary Azure infrastructure.
β’ Experience managing MLOps and AI telemetry, including model deployment, evaluation pipelines, monitoring, drift detection, and observability of prompts/agents.
β’ Exceptional technical leadership abilities; proven capacity to influence architectural decisions across product and engineering teams.
β’ Excellent communication skills, particularly in articulating AI architecture trade-offs to executive and customer audiences.
